On December 5th, EXO released their first MV teaser for ‘Love Shot‘. Check it out below!

‘Love Shot’ MV teaser #1:

The MV starts off with a mysterious shot of Xiumin wearing a mask, in which only his eyes are visible. The entire group (minus Lay) appear to be walking in formation towards an unknown location. They are equipped with weapons. It seems like they are going for a gambler concept as Baekhyun points a gun towards the camera and Xiumin holds up a nine of hearts card with the letter “L” on it. D.O is looking towards the back while he drives a cool convertible. Chen sits in an empty theatre by himself while holding up a card. Meanwhile, Xiumin and Baekhyun are facing each other as they point a gun at the other person. The members soon come into contact with a group of criminals. Sehun is holding a blue rose. In the next few scenes, the members are all holding up their guns and pointing it towards the camera. The last scene shows a blood-red rose falling onto a fallen criminal or thief.

The suspenseful music definitely enhances the mysterious theme of the teaser. It looks like EXO is ready to conquer yet another concept that they have only briefly touched on, for example in the MV for ‘Lotto‘. There is no doubt that the group will pull off this mysterious concept extremely well. Fans will also enjoy the stunning visuals that this comeback will definitely offer.

EXO will be releasing their fifth repackaged album ‘Love Shot‘ on December 13th. The album will contain four new tracks, including a Korean and Chinese version of title track ‘Love Shot‘. The names of the other new tracks are ‘Trauma‘ and ‘Wait‘. In total, there will be 15 tracks on the album.
