This is his first public appearance since his lawsuit against SM Entertainment. His movie debut is in Chinese movie, “Back to the 20′” set to be released in early 2015.
In this film remake of a Korean movie, Luhan is set to play a fresh young boy who is trying to make his own way into music.
The press conference was held on the 2nd of November 2014. and was also attended by the film’s director Chen Zheng Dao and fellow stars Gui Ya Lei, Yang Zi Shan, and more.
At the press conference the director said that when he needed to find a 19 to 20 year old to play the role in his movie, and all the little girls around him screamed Luhan’s name.
The woman who played the older-looking granny said that when she first came onto the set, she couldn’t even see Luhan’s face, only the fans’. She joked that before she saw her grandson she saw her granddaughter-in-laws (meaning the fans).
Luhan seemed very relaxed and healthy and for his fans this is very meaningful. Even though he is no longer an EXO member, we will continue to support Luhan.
What do you think? Do you feel much more relaxed now that he is finally out of the group and pursuing a career in China?
