On the July 1st episode of ‘Beatles Code 2,’ EXO-K leader, Suho, addressed rumors of him being a chaebol (a rich, wealthy Korean).
On the show, the MCs stated, “They say that you’re a chaebol-dol,” and Suho remarked, “That’s a misunderstanding.”
Member Kai stated, “His hobby is to go golfing,” because golfing in South Korea tend to be enjoyed by only the upper class.
The MCs inquired, “Where do you live? What do your parents do?” To which Suho truthfully said, “I live in Apgujung. I live next to Choi Siwon‘s apartment. My father is a professor and my mother is a housewife but she used to be a teacher.”
They finally addressed, “Didn’t your parents oppose you becoming a singer?” and Suho admitted, “I studied and practiced at the same time. I was in the top 50 of my entire school.”
