The audience of ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’ definitely got to enjoy special performances featuring American hip-hop group, Far East Movement and South Korean artists, Hyolyn and Urban Zakapa.
Hyolyn and Urban Zakapa were featured on Far East Movement’s newly released album ‘Identity.’ This album features many collaborations between American and Asian artists, some of which includes, Jay Park and SNSD’s Tiffany.
Hyolyn performed ‘Umbrella,’ which is her collaboration song on ‘Identity.’ Her vocals were on key and matched the tone of the song very well. Far East Movement also performed ‘Freal Luv’, in which EXO’s Chanyeol lent his rapping skills to. Unfortunately, Chanyeol was not present at this stage, but the group was able to perform it without a hitch.
A brief fist-pumping remix of their hit ‘Like a G6,’ transitioned into their other hit ‘Rocketeer.’ Urban Zakapa joined in singing the chorus of the ‘Rocketeer.’ As a nice touch to the performance, they even changed the lyrics, “shop the streets of Tokyo get your fly kicks” to “shop the streets of Seoul get your fly kicks” to reflect their time in Korea.
Take a look at their performances:
