A sharp contrast from ‘Double Knot’ – ‘Astronaut’ will launch you into a vibrant and fun atmosphere!
On November 14th, at midnight KST, Stray Kids released their second and last pre-release song and MV before the full release of ‘Clé: Levanter‘ on December 9th. The comeback was postponed to this date after Woojin‘s departure – this is the first MV released without him. Check it out below!
‘Astronaut’ MV:
You might recognise many props, scenes and settings from previous Stray Kids music videos. ‘Astronaut‘ seems to be tying all the MVs together. The MV starts with the members on a mini rooftop playground, similar to what we saw in ‘I Am You‘. They look happy, which matches the upbeat nature of the song. 3RACHA, their producing team, is trying out a different style of EDM in this track. The members are enjoying themselves and having fun as they joyously reach out towards the camera. This MV follows a theory that started with their ‘District 9‘ debut. Hyunjin is chasing something throughout the MV. At the end, it looks like I.N will be next in searching for this same thing.
‘Double Knot‘, which was dark and mysterious, with a heavier beat, is a stark contrast from this release.
