2012 has been a successful year for Big Bang and G-Dragon, getting excellent reviews on Big Bang’s concert and G-Dragon’s solo album. Now, G-Dragon’s ‘Crayon‘ has been nominated for the ‘Song of the Year Award‘ on US Music Site ‘Pop Dust‘.
In this tournament, artists are chosen by fans, who vote for their favourite song and artists in four categories: Pop, Hip Hop/R&B, Rock/Country, and Dance. G-Dragon, as well as PSY, have been nominated in the dance category.
G-Dragon beat PSY’s ‘Gangnam Style’ in round 2, and is now competing against Britist boyband, Wanted. Nicki Minaj, Fun., and Frank Ocean are also fighting for the ‘Song of the Year Award’.
