The leader of YG boy band BIGBANG, G-Dragon sustained a minor injury to his ankle in the middle of a performance in Osaka at the Kyocera Dome on April 27th.
Personnel from his agency stated, “G-Dragon sprained his ankle on stage during his encore performance, but his injury was attended immediately after the show.”
G-Dragon delivered the news to his fans through SNS, saying, “I ended up with a minor injury in Osaka performance – how clumsy am I!”
Fortunately, he was not majorly injured and no shows will have to be cancelled.
Another member of the personnel said, “he was injured during the concert but it will not affect his future plans and he will be able to carry out the original schedule.”
G-Dragon began his first solo world tour named, “ONE OF A KIND” back in March at a Seoul arena, and plans on continuing to 8 other countries to perform 26 times in 13 different cities until the end of this coming June.
