We are all used to strong and loud debut songs, with lots of precise and on point dance routines, the members of HIGH4 surprise us with a slow and subtle sound for their debut track ‘Not Spring, Love Or Cherry Blossoms‘
As mentioned before solo artist IU wrote the lyrics to this soft sounding track and while she is known for writing her own material, this marks her first time writing for another artist. Not only did IU write the lyrics, but also due to her long-time friendship with leader Sung Gu she also stars along side the rookies, giving the song a wide variety of sound.
HIGH4 is composed of vocalists Kim Sung Gu and Baek Myung Han, and rappers Yim Young Jun and Alex, the members also write and compose their own material.
Currently, after releasing the MV, the boys are getting ready to release their debut album in May. After that they will proceed to promote the group and themselves with various projects.
