Girl group, GFRIEND, will have a song featured in the movie “Pokémon The Movie – Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel”. The song will be the closing tune at the end of the movie, when it is released in Korea. The music video will be released on December 22. Earlier this year the movie was released in Japan.
The 31 second teaser features the girls playing with various Pokemon plush toys. Then an army of adorable Pikachu come rushing onto the screen! The teaser titles the video as ‘Pikachingu (피카친구)‘, which is a combination of the names Pikachu and GFRIEND. We can only hope that GFRIEND will be singing and dancing along with the giant Pikachus!
