On August 3rd, ((G)I-DLE) released the MV for their title track, ‘DUMDi DUMDi’ off their first single album, of the same name. Check out the MV down below!
(G)I-DLE ‘DUMDI DUMDI’ MV:
The song’s lyrics relate to the loving moments between two people under the hot summer day and night. The song itself features a booming drum and catchy whistle in the chorus to bring about an energetic summer feel. Moving on to the MV, it starts off with seeing all the members doing their own thing within a small country caravan park. These include mediating in their own van, purchasing a key from a shop, and riding a horse into the township. Throughout the MV, we see the members come together and enjoy themselves within the park. By getting into the pool, or having fun inside a van with a party filled with confetti. The visuals change to night and the members all dance around a bonfire under a starry sky.
The group’s first single album, also contains the track, ‘I’m The Trend’. This was previously released in July this year as a song to their fans.
