Girls Generation certainly brought the heat at their recent stop in Indonesia for their 4th tour, ‘GIRLS’ GENERATION 4th TOUR – Phantasia – in JAKARTA.’
April 16th was certainly a night to remember for SONES as they walked in for Girls Generation’s grand return to enthusiastic cheers after two years and seven months at ICE; Indonesia Convention Exhibition.
SNSD took fans back with over 24 performances in total for the two-hour event by performing hits such as ‘Gee‘, ‘Make a Wish‘, ‘Run Devil Run‘, ‘Hoot‘ and ‘The Boys‘ and brought them to the present and performing their current tracks from their fifth album “Lion Heart” such as ‘Party‘, ‘Lion Heart‘, ‘Sign‘, ‘Fire Alarm‘, and ‘Paradise.’ Each performance more flawless then the last. The group’s sub-unit TTS also took center stage to perform their latest hit, ‘Adrenaline’ and show off their chic beauty.
In addition, Yoona and Sunny then followed with an aegyo filled performance of ‘Sugar.’ Last but not least Sooyoung, Hyoyeon and Yuri brought the funk complete with trendy retro outfits for a powerhouse performance of the classic ‘Push It‘.
While the performances were powerful, the real show stopper was when fans began to chant their name while holding a banner that read “Thank you for coming back” while the group performed ‘Into the New World,’ which made this performance extra special.
The powerhouse girl groups next stop will be at the Taipan Arena in Taiwan for ‘GIRLS’ GENERATION 4th TOUR – Phantasia – in TAIPEI’, on May 7th and 8th.
