Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon Bursts Into Tears During a Fan Signing Event

Despite being in the center of attention currently, Girls’ Generation’s members keep on following their schedules, and the group’s sub-unit TaeTiSeo recently held a fan signing event, a mere two days after the news of Jessica’s departure.

Fans who have attented the event have begun to share their impressions through SNS platforms. Most of the reports say that Taeyeon began to cry as she said, “The only thought I had since the beginning was to protect Girls’ Generation. I’m sorry.” She later asked the attendees, “Please, trust in Girls’ Generation one more time. We will try to have only good things happen to Girls’ Generation.”

This is the second time the girls of Girls’ Generation have shed tears publicly after the news of Jessica’s being “forced out” of the group broke on September 30th. We wish nothing but the best for the remaining members, and hope that they can stay strong during this difficult time.
