Early this morning, a distressing news about GOT7’s Jackson being involved in a minor car accident due to saesang fans chasing after him closely came out. GOT7 was on their way to Japan for their agency’s concert, “2016 JYP Nation Concert Mix & Match”.
After the incident, JYP released an official statement( quoted from Mwave):
“Jackson was injured on the way to the airport after being involved in a car accident with a fan that was following him. Currently, Jackson is being careful so that he could receive tests at the hospital as soon as he arrives at his destination. Following an artist′s car is not only dangerous for the artist, but also for the person following the car and other drivers in the area.”

Although Jackson was injured, he still asked if the saesang fans were okay after the incident.
