H.O.T’s Moon Hee Jun has announced his engagement to Crayon Pop’s Soyul through a hand written letter. Both Chrome Entertainment and KOEN Stars Entertainment have confirmed the wedding announcement by stating:
“They will be holding a ceremony in February of next year.”
The agencies also relayed that it was a decision the couple made together after 8 months of dating. MC/Singer, Moon Hee Jun, wrote a hand written letter and posted it on his fan café, stating:
“I’m an adult, but writing this, I feel like I’ve really become an adult. [My fans], I’m going to marry. It’s another thing that’s changed between us, but for me, you know that you’re always first and you’re precious to me, right?”
Soyul, who is 26 years old, is Crayon Pop’s youngest member and the couple have a 13 year age gap. Fans have been questioning Soyul about their “shotgun’” marriage which led her to release a statement of her own:
“You all must have been very surprised…I am also extremely nervous right now. I met and will be getting married to someone I love who wholeheartedly cherishes me and loves me unconditionally.”
Although it was unexpected, we are happy for the lovely new couple. We here at Officially KMusic want to sincerely congratulate them and wish them all the best in this new chapter of their lives!
