Haha Speaks as a Father of a Newborn Child

Congratulations to Haha and his wife Byul, as they became parents as of July 9^th KST, to a healthy baby boy.

After Haha revealed the good news through Twitter, he followed up by appearing on the July 10^th episode of ‘This is Sweet Sorrow with ‘Afternoon Discovery” as a guest.

He revealed, “I was so sorry and worried about Byul when she was going through labor. I also respected how courageous she was. My emotions were all in a jumble. When I held the baby, it was strange and miraculous. When Byul was in pain, I cried, but when I held my son, I didn’t.”

The MCs spoke the mind of curious fans, asking about his son’s name, to which the comedian stated, “I want to name him the same thing as his nickname, ‘Dream,’ but my dad wants a manly name.” He also commented that his son looks quite like his father!

Congratulations again to the lovely, lucky couple and their child!
