K-Pop music festival HallyuPopFest is bringing its thrill to Sydney this August! Over two days between August 13-14, the celebrations will be held at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena. Since its launch in 2018, the festival has traveled from Singapore to London. Now it’s ready to hit it’s 3rd stop for the first time in Australia.
The full lineup includes heavy hitters with the likes of EXO‘s CHEN and KAI, ASTRO, OH MY GIRL, SF9, CHUNG HA, EVERGLOW, KEP1ER, P1HARMONY and ONEUS. In addition to the evening performances of these artists, the event is set to be a day-to-night experience. With opportunities to take part in a red carpet even and a Hi-Wave Meet and Greet, fans will gain access to have the chance to meet these artists in person.
In partnership with TEG Live and H.A.H Entertainment, the NSW Government‘s tourism and events agency, Destination NSW has taken note of the growing takeover of Korean music and culture across the world. Minister for Tourism and Western Sydney, Stuart Ayres, stated the area and Australian K-Pop fans have been given a “once-in-a-lifetime experience” to be able to meet and greet these idols.
Commonly left off tour dates, this festival will be a complete treat for Aussie fans. This event will thus plan to bring fandoms together to celebrate music and share the love for all things K-Music and dance, stated by CEO of H.A.H Entertainment, Selena Ho.
Tickets will be available for pre-sale starting June 24th, 10AM, with the general tickets beginning sale on June 28th, 1PM. Sign up for the pre-sale with the link below:
