Holland, K-pop’s first openly gay icon, has announced the release of his debut mini-album, the self-titled “Holland”. The album was funded by his fans through MyMasicTaste which allowed the ground-breaking music star to fund the production of his album as well as produce several music videos to share with his fans.
The title track of the album, ‘Nar-C’ is an upbeat sounding EDM track with a summery vibe which depicts the standard tale of love and heartbreak that we are used to seeing in K-pop music videos. The difference is that this video shows this common trope happening between two young men.
Holland has garnered worldwide recognition for breaking the stigma associated with homosexuality in the K-pop industry as well as his musical talent. He has been featured by entertainment agencies worldwide that have praised him for his strength and honesty during his debut.
Holland is also scheduled to begin a world tour later this year so stay tuned for further updates on this amazing artist. More information about the album and his upcoming tour can be also found on Holland´s SNS accounts: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
