Since ‘Goodbye Road‘ is the title track of the final instalment of their ‘New Kids‘ series, the song is upbeat but sentimental. It sounds like it will bring closure to this phenomenal series. ‘Goodbye Road‘ is bittersweet, and the lyrics are heartbreaking and heartfelt. Even their choreography for this song is expressive of their lyrics. It is very different from their previous releases this year, ‘Love Scenario‘ and ‘Killing Me‘. ‘Love Scenario‘ was a happy song about falling in love, and ‘Killing Me‘ was darker and more intense. Meanwhile, ‘Goodbye Road‘ will be a stark contrast from their previous title tracks from the ‘New Kids‘ series; it is much sadder.
