Event Policies & Fees

• Non-Refundable, Tickets purchased and confirmed cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• The payment methods available are Bank Transfer, Visa/Master Credit Card, KlikBCA Online, BCA Klikpay, CIMB Clicks, XL Tunai, and ePay BRI.
• Admin Charge Bank Transfer (per unique code, range from IDR 1000 – to IDR 2000). You need to transfer the EXACT amount (Including Unique Code) within 3 hours after the booking. Otherwise your Booking will be expired.
• Admin Charge KlikBCA (IDR 5,000).
• Admin Charge Credit Card (3%).
• All customers are obliged to fill Personal Data to make a purchase.
• All customers are obliged to bring copy of Identity Card to exchange physical ticket.
• Customers who use Credit Card payment method, is obliged to bring Credit Card to exchange ticket (Photocopy is not allowed).
• Ticket selling’s could be stopped or started by Tiket.com per promoter (Committee) policy.
• Voucher of Tiket.com doesn’t function as entry ticket (have to be exchanged with physical ticket).
