IU started her first filming for drama, “You’re The Best Lee Soon Shin” as the lead role.
IU plays the role of Lee Soon Shin. The drama features her love story after the death of her father. Her character faces bad luck and difficulty, but she keeps on having a positive outlook in life.
IU has the innocent and bright image and with this, she showed her own charms to portray her role in the said drama.
A member of the staff said, “IU displayed that she had matured as an actress when she naturally worked with the sunbae actors at the script reading. On the filming set, she works even harder on her acting so she really shines.”
IU’s comeback in the acting scene is much awaited by a lot of fans. “You’re the Best Lee Soon Shin” will air on March 9th on KBS2 TV.
