A fan made a frank remark on his fondness to singer IU.
On the Special Christmas Edition of MBC‘s “Go Show Q“, one of the participants was revealed to be a hardcore IU fan. When asked about why he like the singer, he answered, “I like her music more than her looks.”
IU made a surprise guest appearance for the participants. She pointed out and acknowledged the fan by saying, “Seo Joon Hyuk liked me since debut and has always supported me. We’re almost the same age, so we get along like friends,” expressing her happiness of meeting the fan again.
MC Park Myung Soo turned to the fan and asked, “What do you like about IU? Her face?”
Joon Hyuk unexpectedly answered, “I enjoy her music. To be honest, her face is not my type,” drawing laughter from the set for his blunt comment.
In response, IU tried to win her fan’s favor by asking, “Do I look better now?”
