It wasn’t that long ago we shared with you Jay Park‘s participation in the TASTEmaker‘s project “Gentleman’s Attitude,“ the project was centered around a “clean, classy, mature and luxurious” style trend. Well it seems Jay liked the concept so much he adopted it for his latest music video “Promise.”
Using “clean, classy, mature and luxurious” to describe Jay’s latest work is no stretch. From the classy black and white video, to the clean and luxurious settings, to Jay’s mature, but still sexy, suit outfit, Jay is the epitome of a gentleman for “Promise.”
Not only is the video reminscent of old school class the song itself oozes, though very subtly, the same feeling. The soft percussion, the piano and let’s not forget the horns, just make this song something to chill next to a warm fire with a loved one to.
Of course I can’t forget to mention Jay’s vocals. Jay has always been well known for his vocal skills, and he does not fail to disapoint with “Promise.” The soothing and melodictic crooning of Jay’s voice is guarnteed to have fan girls everywhere swooning.
