Ringing in the Chinese New Year, Sydney style, Carriageworks along with SBS PopAsia will be hosting a KPop party with special guests Boyfriend and JJCC.
2016 Sydney Chinese New Year Festival will hold a live concert, followed with onstage interviews conducted by SBS PopAsia hosts Jamaica dela Cruz and Andy Trieu. For those who purchase the VIP Gold Standing tickets will have an exclusive privilege for a “hi-touch” event with both bands after the concert.
JJCC Is signed under Jackie Chan Group Korea and consists of Prince Mak, Eddy, Simba, E.Co, Zica, Yul, and SanCheong. They just had a comeback this past fall with ‘어디야 (Where You At)’ and ‘Insomnia’ off their second mini album, ‘Ackmong’.
DongHyun, HyunSeong, JeongMin, YoungMin, KwangMin, and MinWoo are the six members with Starship Entertainment who make up Boyfriend. Their most recent album was ‘Boyfriend in Wonderland’ which was released in March of 2015 with the title track ‘Bounce’. They will be celebrating their fifth anniversary this spring.
Ticket prices range from Bronze Standing for $70, Silver Standing for $90, and Gold Standing for $120. You may find the information to purchase right on the Carriageworks website or Ticketmaster.com.
