The verdict has finally been reached! JYJ is no longer within a lawsuit with SM Entertainment due to the cancellation of their contracts.
They all came to a mutual agreement on November 28th. This includes withdrawing all lawsuits that they had amongst one another and living their lives the way they planned and resuming normal activities without interference.
The legal battle originally started on July 31, 2009 and has finally brought JYJ, the former members of TVXQ, hope for their new future as a group and they can start anew without legal frustrations.
