It was the first time for Philippine Carats to meet Seventeen after waiting for so long and the time has finally come, but unfortunately, the two Chinese members The8 and Jun weren’t able to join when they encountered visa problems prior to entering the country. Despite them not being able to make it, the rest of the boys made sure to give the Filipino fans their best and went full out on stage.
