Originally slated for earlier in the year, the rescheduled Krazy Super Concert took place over the weekend prior to Mid-Autumn Festival (or Chuseok). With an impressive lineup for both days, the festival sold out on day one, and still brought in a full house on day two.
Despite starting a little late on both days, the event still went fairly smoothly overall. Both nights kicked off with a VCR detailing the night’s lineup, and on night two, winning dance crews from the event’s dance competition performed a short introduction before the show began. The two-day concert festival featured K-Pop merchandise for sale in the lobby, lighted wristbands that synchronized for the same effect as lightsticks being distributed, and food trucks outside. For pre-show festivities, fans could also watch the top eight dance crews from the dance competition performing outside.
Keeping things simple, the festival didn’t have much in regards to special lighting or stage props and effects. Occasional fireworks would go off during songs, a few songs were paired with streamers and confetti, and some songs were paired with videos or graphics to accompany the tracks, but overall, things were plain and simple. Bright spotlights, heavy purple and red lights, and heavy bass accompanied each track. For fan engagements, “Krazy Dance Parties” were scattered between sets, featuring fans on the big screen dancing to random K-Pop tracks that would play. Additionally, during sets, K-Pop artists were playing games with the MC, Kim Jongkook. Games ranged from random play dance, to the balance game (this or that), to charades.
The lineup consisted of K-Pop girl and boy groups, solo acts, and even special guests. Both nights of concerts lasted roughly three and a half hours, with about six to eight songs per act. With the removal of the extended stage prior to the show weekend, fans were curious to see how the stage set up would turn out. Artists were able to spread their sets across the large stage, filling it in with dancers and bands. In order of appearance per night, the full setlist is below:

Though there were some technical difficulties, with dark, spotty lighting, and audio volume increasing and decreasing heavily, each act still managed to easily impress the crowd with strong live vocals, synchronized choreography (for those that had choreography), and strong stage presence.
Special thank you to the Krazy Super Concert team for allowing Officially Kmusic to attend!
