Teen Top, a popular Korean boy band consisting of six members, debuted back in 2010 under TOP Media with their song “Clap.” Over the years, the boys continued to release hit after hit and worked along side many well known Korean producers such as Shin Hyuk and Brave Brothers. Most popular of songs they’ve released are “No More Perfume On You“, “Supa Luv“, “Rocking,” and of course “Ah-Ah.” Their most recent release, “Warning Sign,” has a very classic beat with a strong baseline to accompany their over-all vibe.
The talented boyband, Teen Top, recently completed their North American tour. During their stop in Chicago, C.A.P, Chunji, L.Joe, Niel, Ricky, and Changjo sat down with us for a short and fun interview.
Q: Which artist, dead or alive, would you like to work with?
Changjo: I wish to work with… Lil Wayne
Niel: I would really like to work with Michael Jackson if I could.
Ricky: I would choose Ricky Martin.
Chunji: Hyo Shin Park is who I’d like to work with.
L.Joe: I would like to work together with Andy from Shinhwa.
Q: Did you get the chance to try Chicago’s deep dish pizza?
C.A.P.: We have yet to try it, however tomorrow we will have more time.
Q: Which member is the “Fashion Terrorist” of the group?
Ricky: We think that L.Joe would be considered the “Fashion Terrorist”. We chose L.Joe because he likes to be comfortable and wears sweats/sweaters.
Q: Do you have any last words you’d like to say to your fans in Chicago and Kmusic?
Niel: This was Teen Top’s first time in Chicago. Though it was our first time here, we enjoyed meeting the Chicago fans and we hope you continue to show us support.
On behalf of Kmusic, I would like to thank kpoplive.tv, Studio PAV M & C, TOP Media and the kind gentlemen of Teen Top for taking the time to give us an interview. Be sure to stay tuned to Officially Kmusic for more exclusive content and concert coverage.
