March has come to an end but during that month we have seen comebacks and debuts happen each as great as the next. KMusic chose their Top 10 music videos that have stood out tremendously with their lyrics, scenery, and the occasional choreography. It was hard to choose the best but we boiled it down as best we can so check them out and enjoy.
10. Hong Dae Kwang- ‘Thank U My Love’
Indie singer Hong Dae Kwang‘s comeback music video for ‘Thank U My Love’ is a cute one – starting from the pastel colored theme that gave the love song a spring fling feeling, to the sweet choreography danced by Hong Dae Kwang and his lucky lady as they embark a perfect date.
9.ToHeart-‘Delicious’
SM Entertainment‘s and Woolim Entertainment‘s collaboration duo containing SHINee‘s Key and INFINITE‘s Woohyun. Their debut video is a cute video with the two being silly as they sing the catchy tune. The video showcases the trials and tribulations of friendships. From the fun interactive dancing to the brightly colored suits, it certainly takes you back to another duo Donghae and Eunhyuk‘s ‘Oppa Oppa.’
8. Super Junior-M-‘Swing’
Super Junior-M made their comeback with a little office fun, showing that their life is not just a movie but a party. The boys goofed it out as well showing off their impressive choreography skills with a simple background that emphasizes their skills without over-compensating it.
7.MBLAQ- 남자답게 (Be a man)
MBLAQ showed off a more mature concept in their latest music video in which they wear tailored suits as they croon about a break up. The video starts off smoky in an empty room. It shows what is going through their mind representing the agony of not having a clear head after a break up. Each member show off their impressive vocal skills, especially G.O.
6. JJCC (Double JC)- ‘첨엔 다 그래(At First)’
Jackie Chan’s highly anticipated boy group made their debut just recently with ‘At First’. The music video’s quality alone has made an impact for a powerful debut. The group was publicized enough to build up hype. The song has an American R&B sound composed by Japanese musician Yuta and produced by Choi Joon Young. The five member group includes SimBa, E.co, EDDY, San-Cheong, and Prince Mak.
5. Girls’ Generation- ‘Mr.Mr.’
Girls’ Generation came back to dig in your heart. The music video shows the girls as sexy nurses as they try to give the boy in question a “change of heart.” The dance sequence showed off the girls moves greatly. The video has been under question when it was delayed to lost footage causing the group to recreate the video once again.
4.WINGS (윙스) – Hair Short
WINGS released their debut song ‘Hair Short’ which marked their entrance onto the K-Pop scene. The unique music video is indeed unlike any other.
3.1PS(원피스) – Because I’m your girl(여자이니까)
The soft, sweet, and the-girls-next-door like K-Pop girl group 1PS made their debut recently. The bright and warm video highlights each member’s personality. The music video showcases the lighting as they sing about love.
2. 100%-심장이 뛴다(Beat)
There’s more then meets the eye, if you weren’t a 100% fan after watching this music video, you will want to check them out now to become better acquainted. It has been less than a year since they made any initial comeback. The dark and dramatic concept stands out as it dives into the theme of before and after a heartbreak. The choreography is top-notch.
1.2NE1- Come Back Home
The last and final one, 2NE1 tops the list with ‘Come Back Home’ from their latest album ‘CRUSH.’ Originally, it was delayed so that special features can be added, adding more to the story.The video is a mixture of the two versions – the original and the acoustic one with CL’s rap, adding more to the storyline.
