Kang Sung Hoon‘s final sentencing has been suddenly postponed to February 13th.
The justice department stated: “Kang Sung Hoon has been insisting he is trying to find solutions to the car and financial problems between him and the victim Mr. Oh. We thus have decided to give him three weeks′ more time. We will surely hand down the sentence at the next hearing.”
Kang Sung Hoon’s lawyer shared: “We have solved the problems Mr. Oh′s been having with the name the car is registered under. Please postpone the sentencing as we are trying to reach an agreement on the financial issues also.”
Mr. Oh said: “My family is suffering from the problems surrounding our car and the financial issues. I hope they are solved as quickly as possible.”
Kang Sung Hoon has been sued by three different people back in 2009 for swindling a total of 900 million won, however on September, 2012 he was released without bail after showing he was willing to pay back the borrowed money. Later, on the press conference, he claimed: ‘I didn′t mean to swindle the money‘ and added: ‘I was put under harm instead while trying to pay it back.’
Prosecution demaned a four year jail sentence.
