Last year, KCON saw over 42,000 attendees from all over the U.S., double what it was back in 2013, and once again, it’s that time of year for K-Pop fans to prepare themselves for KCON 2015.
If you thought 2 days of crazy K-Pop fun was enough, how about adding a third day into the mix? Because that’s exactly what KCON 2015 will be doing!
Produced by CJ E&M and Mnet this year, and presented by Toyota, KCON 2015 has been expanded to 3 days at L.A. LIVE, July 31st to August 2nd, with two nights of concerts (the 1st and 2nd of August) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
A third day means there’s an extra 24 hours for a little bit of everything including panels, workshops, and of course, more time to meet your idols!
Last year’s KCON artists included Girls’ Generation, G-Dragon, Teen Top, BTS, B1A4, IU, Jung Joon Young, SPICA, VIXX, and CNBLUE and with the recent explosion of popularity, Japan is hosting its own KCON on the 22nd including groups like Block B, Infinite, Boyfriend, GOT7, BigFlo, M.I.B‘s Kangnam, 2PM‘s Jun.K, Lovelyz, SISTAR, MYNAME, and more.
The lineup for this year is still a secret, but will be revealed in the next few months!
Without further ado, here is the official trailer for KCON 2015.
