Kim Hyun Joong, the leader of the long on hiatus SS501, has returned with a summer comeback! Most recently, he had the lead role in the KBS drama Generation Youth.
His last major release was “Unbreakable” feat Jay Park almost a year ago, so his fans have been anxiously awaiting this release. Kim Hyun Joong, or “Leader” as he is called by SS501 fans, spends the video chasing a beautiful woman through various scenes and generally being quite attractive with his new blonde hair and sunglasses.
The song itself seems like it will be bouncy and upbeat, just what the summer needs. Fans are comparing it to his earlier release “Lucky Guy“.
There’s a rumor that this will be the last song he does before joining his SS501 bandmate, Heo Young Saeng, in mandatory military service. If that is indeed what happens, this upbeat and catchy song might be just the thing to leave his devoted fans with while he’s away.
