JYJ‘s Kim Junsu participated in a photo-shoot for the special edition of Marie Claire and talked about his friendship with his group mates and his passion toward music.
He said in the interview, “My last 10 years helped me learn what would change the direction of my 30s, 40s and the remainder of my life. I want to be a singer that can retain his own colors yet still sing songs that the public of that age wants.”
Junsu then talked about JYJ, “Even after much time has passed, the JYJ members will still be together as the best of friends.”
Marie Claire’s reporter asked Junsu about his upcoming solo album, and the singer stated, “I wanted to produce an album that goes beyond what I did for my first. This time I tried to include a more colorful variety of genres; it′ll be like a hot summer day′s party,” and continued, “Now, I don′t expect to become really popular through music. I think it′s now time for us to repay the love we′ve received from our fans for the past four or five years as JYJ.”
