Spinning onto the Kpop scene with “Domino Game” Kiss & Cry are making their official debut as a quartet.
Though this is not the first time seeing most of the members of Kiss & Cry, the only member to actually be making her first time debut is Hae Na. Dia is a well known solo artist with singles of her own under her belt as well as collaborations with such artists as IU and H-Eugene. Bo Hye is a former member of girl group Bella that debuted back in 2011 with their cover of En Vogue’s “Don’t Let Go“. Bella’s vocals at the time were very highly praised as the song is not an easy one to cover. Soyumi was a member of the trio VNT who debuted in 2010 and than unfortunately disbanded after only releasing their debut track “Ye Ye Ye“. The video gained quite a bit of attention at the time because it featured SHINee’s Minho.
Now together as a quartet, someone at Winning Insight Entertainment, is hoping that together this group will be a winning combination. After watching their debut music video, it’s highly unlucky that Kiss & Cry will be on the losing side this time around. The vocals of the four ladies are amazing and their debut track “Domino Game” has a fun Latin beat that is sure to get you up and out of your seat. Though the video itself could use some small polishing in the camera work area, over all it’s definitely not a bad debut and is sure to grab the girls some fans.
The girls are being promoted as a performance group and not just for their vocals. After seeing some of the choreography they will be using for the song in the music video, it’s fair to say that they have all the basses covered and as long as they are as strong on stage as they appear to be in the studio and set Kiss & Cry should cross the rookie finish line with style.
To help you recognize who’s who here are some individual photo’s of the girls of Kiss & Cry.
