Well maybe it’s because he plays the guitar, which encourges people to ask, or maybe it’s because he does them so well, but Yoo Seung Woo has almost made it a habit of doing covers of songs by other artists. Sometimes doing his own take on the song and sometimes just performing the song as good as the original artist. Yoo Seung Woo has tackled many different genres and styles when it comes to his covers.
Though the list I have complied is long, it is still only a small portion of the songs he has covered and I highly recommend going and looking for more of his covers for yourself.
One of the more recognizable names he has covered would be that of Jason Maraz, in fact it was Jason’s song “Butterfly” that Yoo Seung Woo sang just before he was eliminated on “Superstar K4.”
“I’m Yours”
“Butterfly”
Of course Yoo Seung Woo has also done covers of other Korean musicians, from 2NE1 to Busker Busker and everyone in between. Tackling popular songs like Girls’ Generation‘s “Gee” and EXO‘s “Growl,” Yoo Seung Woo tackles what ever anyone asks him too.
“Gee”
“Growl”
Taeyang‘s “I Need A Girl”
Busker Busker “Cherry Blooms Ending”
I’m sure if you check out the covers that Yoo Seung Woo has done, you will find at least one that you will like. If not from this list than one of the many others he has done.
“Confession”
“Forget That The Heart”
“Nothing Better”
“Love At First Sight”
“Guilty”
“You In My Arms”
“Clumsy Love”
“Turn on the Radio”
“Farewell”
