Zion.T has been around for a number of years already, but he is still not receiving as much attention as he should. We here, at KMusic, during our Male Soloist Week, would like to introduce this outstanding artist to all of you, who may not be familiar with him.
Zion. T, or Kim Hae Sol, was born on April 13th, 1989, in South Korea. Even before his debut in 2011, he has been collaborating with many famous artists, including Simon. D, Dynamic Duo‘s Choiza and Primary.
He officially debuted under Amoeba Culture in April 2011, with the song titled “Click Me”, in which he worked with rapper Dok2, who also happens to be part of KMUSIC’s Male Soloist Week. Zion.T’s first full length album titled “Red Light” was released two years later, in April 2013. The album consists of 11 songs, and the soloist worked with such big names as Primary, Verbal Jint, Beenzino, Gaeko, YDG, and Dok2 for the album. MTV Iggy titled the album “Korea’s Best R&B/Soul Album of the Year.”
Fans did not have to wait to long time for his comeback, as Zion.T released a mini album titled “Mirror Ball” in December of 2013, with the title track “Miss Kim.” He continues to work with many famous K-Pop artists including Infinite H and BIGBANG’s G-Dragon who once gave Zion.T a love call.
Zion.T’s voice is one of a kind – whenever you hear it, you know exactly that it is Zion.T singing. He is a incredibly talented artist worth following, so make sure to check his whereabouts through his official website and Twitter account.
