Kmusic Review: Toxic’s “Countdown”

The band Toxic recently released their music video for their single, “Countdown.”

This band is pretty hard to look up if you are using English, so you should probably use their Korean name, “톡식.”

The band performs in an empty warehouse, in front of a giant screen. I don’t really listen to Korean rock, but this band is great! I love this song!

There is a random girl dancing by herself, just shakin’ her booty and getting down to the song. What’s really shocking is at the 3:27 mark, when she reveals the title of the band and song. Pretty much a regular rock video, from what I can see.

I wish they didn’t have such a shaky camera though, my stomach was turning as they cut quickly from one frame to the next, the camera barely stood still the entire time.

So, other than shotty editing, the song is great, the video is so-so, and you should check the rest of their stuff out!
