Between September 11th and 12th, KNK released concept photos ahead of their 3rd mini album comeback, ‘KNK AIRLINE’. These photos are labelled as the ‘On’ and ‘Off’ versions. Check them out down below!
KNK ‘KNK AIRLINE’ CONCEPT PHOTOS:
In the ‘On’ version of the concept photos, the members dapper up wearing pilot uniforms. The black uniforms combined with neatly styled hair create a professional manly feel towards the pictures. The photos are set in the great outdoors on a beach. Consequently, with the sky overcast the outfits and members pop out from the photos to show their handsome charms.
Moving onto their ‘Off’ version of the concept photos, the boys are relaxing after work. Set in a house, the denim inspired looks show the group’s boyfriend appeal with their smiles. The youthful concept is a contrast to the previous set of images hence creating intrigue towards the concept the group is ultimately aiming for this comeback.
This long awaited comeback is welcomed by fans as their last release was back in July 2019 with their 4th single album, ‘KNK S/S Collection’. This featured the title track, ‘Sunset’. They have not released a mini album since 2017, making fans even more excited for more music from the boy group. Moreover, the upcoming mini album was funded through a MakeStar campaign, by which the group reached its funding goal within 10 minutes of its campaign opening. As of now though, the funding has reached $110,278, far exceeding the initial goal of $16,326.
From now on the quintet plan to release the track list, MV teaser, album preview and V LIVE broadcast ahead of the album’s release. The MV will also be released hours prematurely before the album on September 17th.
KNK‘s 3rd mini album, ‘KNK AIRLINE’, will be released on September 17th, 6PM KST!
