After a long wait, Korean pop veteran ‘Lee Ji-hye‘ is back with a touching love ballad titled ‘True Love‘.
Ji-hye has not been in the music scene for some time. But, it doesn’t mean that she was forgotten or tamed. She teased about a comeback few days ago, receiving a lot of attention, and soon the music video followed.
What is beautiful about this release is the story of the song. Ji-hye, together with Coffee Boy, sings a story about True Love! Love has tears, yet always has a happy ending when it is true.
I like the video as a whole. The scene where both artists sits in a colorful garden whilst singing gives a refreshing feeling. Apart from that, the voices taking control over the music is something different to all the latest releases. Among all the new up-beat songs, we were in need of some soothing sounds ; weren’t we?
Also, I see Ji-hye and Coffee Boy as a wonderful combination.
However, I have a doubt on what had my attention in this music video. Is it handsome Lito? Surely his glowing appearance takes over everything else here. It is not a secret that Lito had the major part of the publicity from the very beginning of this comeback. He, who is a member of the rookie group The Legend, is the talk of new generation, and wherever he appears is never a miss in anyone’s eye, which I think benefited Ji-hye in her return.
Whatever the reason it is, I will repeat to watch this music video. Do you think Lee Ji-hye will once again be loved like she was?
