San E has released the music video single for his song called ‘Wannabe Rapper‘.
CHECK OUT SAN E’s MUSIC VIDEO below!
In the song, San E criticised the people who say that they wanted to be a rapper because of the money and fame.
The music video starts with the voice of a child asking “I Wannabe Rapper, you know why?“. Then, the children start singing “It would really be awesome if I could be a rapper and on TV”. This portrays how San E thinks that wannabe rappers nowadays are immature.
Then, San E plays around with the dancers and actors in a party-like background. He wears clothes in top-notch brands and drive expensive cars. He also leads a group of teenagers, showing that he is the leader of the wannabe rappers.
In the lyrics, he repeatedly says “Being a rapper you can diss everybody“, “Criticising society?” and “Sounds fun?” in a derisive tone. He tries to diss wannabe rappers who thought they could say whatever they wanted to and disregard the consequences.
The music video ended with the voice of children singing the folk “Grown-ups in this country, they are so full of love“. It is mocking the Korean society that is actually full of hatred and criticism.
