LOONA has finally revealed the final member and it is just as epic as ever. It surely has fans more excited for their debut than ever before. Fans are immediately hooked into the ‘Egoist‘ MV and the storyline behind it has fans emotional yet thinking quite hard about it. So, check out the new MV below!
The track’s name has its own purpose in LOONA world. It is about the final four members talking about their ego. This ego can either be seen as admiring someone or self-loathing in oneself. However, this track allows them to realise that this egoist isn’t created by somebody else, but rather building up by loving oneself. Thus, this kind of vibe is definitely captured in this final MV.
In Olivia Hye‘s title track, she sings about this kind of self-love. It has a beautiful calm melody before building up to very upbeat and hype vibe. It is a step towards loving oneself and the strong feeling that one gets from it. This kind of track allows Olivia Hye to show off her dance and how great she can move. The different scenes she dances in helps enhance the look she is going for. The choreography at different areas helps fans admire what an amazing dancer she is!
The dance break comes on and we get to hear the soothing rap by Jinsoul. The dramatic beat drop before her rap helps enhance her soul rapping. It was a perfect fit into the track, bringing a full completion to her track. This music video helps ties everything together from the very first member. Thus, we were able to see the first member, Heejin, make her entrance into the music video at the very end. It was the perfect end to the completion of revealing all members.
However, we know that this is not the end but rather the beginning of a new girl group formation! There will be one final unit to be revealed in May! So, check out the new MV above. What did you think? Let us know in the comments below!
