The Korean American Association of Greater New York (KAAGNY) is ready to launch its 55th Annual Korean American Celebration. For 2015, the theme will be “Greatest Generation” and judging by the line up, it will be a historical night to remember.
Popular M.I.B. member Kangnam, legendary fox trot singer Tae Jin Ah, girl group 4Ten and female vocalist Ali, will embrace the same stage on Tuesday, January 13th to bring you quality performances and endless celebration.
Kangnam, recently released his hit solo “What Should I Do“, which quickly climbed up the #1 spot on multiple real times charts including Daum, Mnet, Melon and others. The singer also gained popularity on variety shows and even appeared as an MC as part of the “Lucky Boys” at the 2014 SBS Gayo Daejun.
Tae Jin Ah is a veteran fox trot singer – the genre of music that became popular in 2014 thanks to the drama “Trot Lovers“. Not only does the singer hold prestige in his craft, but is also in charge of multiple labels including Jin-ah Entertainment, Eru Entertainment and YMC Entertainment (home to the super talented Ailee, Wheesung and others).
Girl group 4Ten debuted under Jungle Entertainment back in August of 2014. Hyeji, Eujin, TEM and Hyejin began to gain popularity after being recognized as the first girl group under their label.
Cho Young-Jin, infamously known as Ali, is a singer-songwriter most popular for her performances on “Immortal Song 2“. As a contestant, she quickly gained the hearts of many, which led to a successful career after the show. She also served as a vocalist on Leessang‘s titles, “Ballerino” and “I’m Not Laughing“.
