‘M! Countdown’ to be Filmed at an American K-Pop Convention ‘KCON 2013’!

Some people may know about KCON 2013, some may not, but did you know that ‘M! Countdown‘ will be there filming the whole KCON 2013 experience??

KCON will be held over two days, August 25-25 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. A product of youth Asian entertainment brand, Mnet, and KCON has promised an expanded event with artist meet-and-greets, photo ops, celebrity panels, contests and fan workshops.

‘M! Countdown’ has filmed special episodes in other countries like Indonesia and Taiwan, but never filmed in the States.

KCON 2012 was at the Verizon Amphitheater in Irvine, California. Artists like B.A.P, EXO-M, G.Na, NU’EST, and 4Minute were there. If the forthcoming L.A. episode follows suit as other special shows, it should bring some of K-pop’s top performers. Lineup details will be released throughout the summer.
