On June 4th, idol band N FLYING released the highlight medley to their upcoming 1st full album since debut, ‘Man on the Moon’. The group have been busy with dropping many teasers ahead of their comeback. From individual member mood teasers, to the track list and first music video teaser, this highlight medley continues with the group showing another side to their discography. N FLYING ‘MAN TO THE MOON’ HIGHLIGHT MEDLEY:
The audio previews give us a glimpse to the imminent release. From the sounds of it, the variations of rock the band is known for flood the album. With a solidly hitting title track ‘Moonshot’, soaring vocals of ‘Ask’ and the spring bounciness of ‘Blue Scene’ just to name a few; they thus show the continued versatility of the group’s releases.
Dressed to match their outfits in previously released concept photos, the quintet switch between a more high fashion typical K-Pop look, to a more casual attire of plaid, stripes, and jeans. Hence, further displaying the polarity of songs within the album.
Debuting first in Japan back in 2013, the FNC Entertainment band only had the chance to debut in their home country of South Korea in 2015. Making their big break in 2019 with the title track Rooftop’ from their 5th mini album, ‘Spring Memories’, the track soared the charts to reach #1 on the Gaon Digital Chart. Subsequently, they embarked on their first world tour, ‘2019 Live Up All Night’ travelling to Hong Kong, Bangkok and Paris to the delight of global fans. From there, album sales for their following comebacks tipped 51,000 copies in October that year, to then 68,000 for their most recent Korean comeback, 2020’s ‘So, Communication’ featuring the fun lead track, ‘Oh, Really.’ It is safe to say the group have developed a growing cult following around their music.
