The first round of ticket sales for the trio JYJ’s upcoming solo concert “In Return of The King” for August 9th was a complete success as reported by C-Jes Entertainment who stated,
“JYJ’s concert ‘The Return of the King’ at Jamsil Stadium is recorded to have sold out all 20,000 seats within twenty minutes of the first round of ticket sales on Interpark at 8 PM (July 2nd KST). The flood of people accessing the site caused it to overload, causing the biggest ticketing chaos and once confirmed JYJ’s hot popularity.”
Within the hour, fans rushed to get their hands on tickets to see Jaejoong, Yoocheon, and Junsu live on stage after four years. There last concert in 2010 had over 70,000 attendees, for fans this is long over do. Each member has been busy with individual projects : Jaejoong is currently casted in the drama “Triangle”, Yoocheon is awaiting the release for his debut film “Sea Mist” which is a drama film, and Junsu has just been casted in “Dracula” and is currently focusing on his role. It has been revealed of the trio’s plans to release their second full-length album towards the end of July meaning fans will be awaiting for a royal comeback from the three kings.
The concert will be held at Seoul Olympic Stadium on the 9th of August. The second round for ticket sales will be held July 9th.
