NCT 127 has just released their dance practice for the English version of ‘Regular‘. This track appears on their first full length album ‘Regular-Irregular‘. They released their English version MV on October 9th, just before they performed it in the U.S. on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!‘. They have also appeared on the red carpet of the 2019 American Music Awards.
This dance practice was filmed at the Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood, California instead of the usual SM Entertainment dance practice room. It was filmed when the group were recently in L.A. to promote their album. This studio is well-known for the amazing choreography videos that they release regularly.

The dance practice has a fish-eye effect, which puts more focus on the middle of the room. Indeed, this is where the members come when it is their turn to perform. Their choreography for this song is characteristic of the group, which is intense dance moves that are hard to execute. However, this NCT unit pull it off perfectly. Mark in particular has a lot of individual parts that show him popping and impressing fans with his skills. During the dance practice, the group sometimes break up into smaller sub-units to execute the choreography and performance.
