On December 22nd, Doyoung from NCT released a cover of Ariana Grande‘s ‘Breathin‘ on NCT‘s music Youtube channel. Check it out below!
Doyoung’s cover:
Doyoung is known for his beautiful and angelic voice. With his large vocal range, he is able to pull off any song and make it unique to suit his own voice. This cover is no exception. In this slow and emotional ballad, Doyoung puts his vocals to good use. His melodic voice is incredibly pleasing to hear. His voice also exudes power as he is able to hit high notes and sing in falsetto.
The piano in this cover was performed and arranged by his fellow NCT member Kun. So far, Doyoung has released a few covers of English songs on NCT‘s official Youtube channels. He has covered ‘Mine‘ by Bazzi, and more recently he did a special cover of ‘White Christmas‘.
