NCT’s Ten is exempted from Thai military services

That is right! NCT‘s Ten is exempted from Thai military services.

For Thailand’s military services, every April, there is a lottery that determines the new recruits. In particular, in the lottery, there are two kinds of colours. If a red coloured card is picked, this would mean they will serve for two years. The other colour is black which means they are exempted.

On April 1st, Ten went to take part in this lottery. However, he was unable to pass the health examination due to past knee injury. Thus, he is exempted from serving and thus did not need to take part in the lottery.

Meanwhile, GOT7‘s Bam Bam will also be taking the Thai military service lottery on April 9th.
