It was not a dreamy start for KBS 2TV‘s new drama “Beyond the Clouds” starring Yoon Kye Sang and Han Ji Hye.
The series’ first episode was aired on February 17th, and attracted only 3.7% of the viewers. That means, it has received a rating 2.4% lower than its predecessor, “Prime Minister and I.”
“Beyond the Clouds” aired its first two episodes together, and managed to get a little bit higher viewership rating on the second day with 5.1% viewers.
The drama has to fight for viewership against such famous dramas as “Empress Ki” (26.5%) and “Kind Words” (11.2%).
“Beyond the Clouds” tells a story of Jung Se Ro (played by Yoon Kye Sang), who lost his father in a murder case involving stolen diamonds in Thailand. He later fells in love with Han Young Won (Han Ji Hye) which will surely bring an intensity to the story, due to his involvement in the death of her fiance.
