Past Tuesday, Psy made headlines after he was caught smoking in a non-smoking zone.
He was captured in this act, in front a building in Toronto, Canada, where recently finished his first concert in the country.
If it wasn’t enough that he was smoking illegally, but he stood directly in front of a “no smoking” sign.
Media sites like the TMZ and Perez Hiltion have observed that the star seems to have gotten away with the smoking act.
