PSY has announced his concert on April 13 will take place in Seoul. The concert is titled, ‘HAPPENING’ and ahead of the concert PSY has released a video.

PSY released his own version of the Harlem Shake called the “Gangnam Shake” to promote the video.

The concert will also be the platform for PSY‘s latest single release, unveiling it to fans at the concert.
